You should have received an email on Thursday, February 1st, containing a voting link. However, please note that the voting link requires a unique code for each household. Therefore, we are unable to provide you with the link directly. If you have not received a voting link, please contact the CCMC Front Desk to obtain it.
1 Vote Per Household
Per the Bylaws, each household is considered 1 unit and allowed 1 vote. Be sure that only 1 person from your household votes otherwise your vote will be discredited.
3 Open Board Seats
You are allowed to vote up to 3 candidates per household/unit.
Write-In Candidate

Absentee Ballots
If you are unable to vote in person or electronically, please contact the management office via phone and/or email to ensure you receive your ballot. Civilty
The rules regarding attendees videotaping a meeting are clearly stated in ARS 33.1804. However, Zoom Meeting links are not provided. It is crucial to take accurate and concise notes in order for us to make progress.
Transparency
By upholding principles of mutual respect, open communication, and empathy, A Board of Directors should always maintain a welcoming atmosphere where everyone’s voice is heard and valued.
Fiscal Responsibilty
Monthly reporting by management and intervention by the board of directors are inherent responsibilities. Regular review of financial statements can effectively prevent misappropriation of homeowners’ funds.
