Protect The Progress We Have Made - Please Vote Today!

01

Due Diligence

Evaluating vendor agreements to eliminate wasteful spending - dues should only increase when all savings options are exhausted.

02

Transparency

Enhanced and more consistent communication from the management company, including timely updates on how homeowner dues are being utilized.

Fiscal Responsibilty

Power Ranch has never implemented a formal RFP process for management services—not once in its 25-year history. When the Board finally approved initiating one in November 2024, the recall group—particularly Kristi Kisler—labeled it “unauthorized,” despite it being a legitimate and overdue step toward accountability.

ADRE / ALJ COMPLAINTS

2 Arizona Department of Real Estate Complaints filed against the Power Ranch by current Board member (Kisler v Power Ranch) and past committee member (Gray v Power Ranch) from this group, cost to us homeowners, $5k+ so far. Worse? They blame Ken, Anh, & Katie for it.

SIGNATURES REQUIRED

Per ARS §33-1813, a specific threshold of valid signatures is required to initiate a recall. The group in question submitted only 418 signatures—falling short of the legal requirement. Despite this, the law firm began corresponding with the group as early as May 2025, and recall ballots were drafted during that time. Neither the board nor the community was informed until July 2, 2025.

the only thing this group is trying to “save” is their access to free legal protection for the slander and defamation they’ve spread. If homeowners don’t stand together now, they win. Support the advocates who’ve been vilified simply for demanding transparency, equality, and accountability from the very people meant to serve us.
